CANNOT SELECT GEAR WHEN IDLING - MANUAL
Problem - When idling, I can't get the car into any gear. Embarrassing when at the lights and coasted to a stop in neutral, then I couldn't find a gear. I had to turn the car off, put it into gear then start driving. All works well then. Only idling in neutral when trying to select a gear is the problem.
Possibility 1 - This happened to me and it was a clutch issue. I had to replace the clutch. All worked well after replacing the clutch.
