PAINT CLEAR COAT
Problem - The paint on my car seems to be flaking. Do the cars have a clear coat finish or just painted.
Possibility - The car has a clear coat finish and that is probably what is flaking. A spray painter will be able to rub back your problem area and repaint and clear coat it. It will take away the flaking and blend it back in to a perfect paint job again. To check whether a car is clear coated or not, get some heavy duty/abrasive polish and rub an area of the paint. If there is paint on the rag, then it isn't clear coated.
